 Nokia G300 has been launched as the cheapest 5G phone from the company.  Nokia’s licensed HMD Global’s new model comes with a waterdrop-style notch design and a triple rear camera setup.  The Nokia G300 also includes OZO audio support, which is claimed to bring a spatial audio experience to the video.  The phone comes with a number of preloaded features, including dedicated night mode and electronic image stabilization.  The Nokia G300 has an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 chipset for next generation cellular connectivity.  The phone supports 18W fast charging.

Nokia G300: Basic Specification

 The new Nokia G300 smartphone runs on Android 11.  It has a 6.52 inch HD + (720×1,600 pixels) display with an aspect ratio of 20: 9.  The phone is equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 chipset with 4GB of RAM.  It comes with a triple rear camera setup, which includes a 16-megapixel primary sensor with f / 1.8 lens, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide shooter and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.  The Nokia G300 has an 8-megapixel sensor on the front for selfies and video chats.

 The Nokia G300 comes with 64GB of onboard storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB with a microSD card.  Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth V5, GPS / A / GPS, NFC, USB Type-C and a 3.5mm headphone jack.  There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor embedded inside the power button.

HMD Global offers a 4,470mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging and is compatible with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0.  The dimensions of Nokia G300 are 169.41×78.43×9.28mm.

 The Nokia G300 is priced at around $ 199 (about Rs. 15,000) for the single 4GB + 64GB storage variant.  The phone comes in a single meteor gray color and will be available for purchase from October 19th.  Initially prepaid carriers will be limited to straight talk and trackphone wireless.  Details about the global price and availability of the Nokia G300 have yet to be revealed.
